Responsibilities:
I’ll manage and organize email inboxes, responding to inquiries and flagging important communications.
I’ll schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
I’ll prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
I’ll conduct online research and compile information as needed.
I’ll manage and update databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
I’ll assist with social media scheduling and content updates.
I’ll handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
I’ll provide customer support and manage client communications.
I’ll undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
I have proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
I have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
I am familiar with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com), which is a plus.
I have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
I have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
I can work independently and as part of a remote team.
I have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
I exercise discretion and can handle confidential information.
Bonus Points If I Have:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Convert Kit).
Basic website management skills (e.g., WordPress).
