Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and self-motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator based in Ghana to manage and grow our digital presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, as well as support content creation for our blog and help report on user engagement. This is a remote, part-time position for an ongoing period of approximately 4 months, working 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement a simple, effective content calendar across Instagram and TikTok
• Design short, engaging videos or graphic-based posts tailored for each platform
• Run and manage low-budget ad campaigns (paid boosts)
• Monitor analytics to optimize content and engagement strategies
• Content Writing
• Write 1 short blog post per week on topics like tutoring, learning strategies, fitness coaching, etc.
• Create engaging captions and descriptions for social posts and ads
• Engagement & Growth
• Respond to comments, questions, and DMs promptly and professionally
• Help grow the community organically by engaging with users and relevant hashtags
• Reporting & Analytics
• Deliver weekly reports summarizing:
• Post performance
• Follower growth
• Engagement rates
• Ad spend and ROI (if applicable)

Requirements
• Based in Ghana with reliable internet access
• Proficiency in social platforms: Instagram, TikTok
• Ability to create short-form content (using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Strong written English skills for captions and blogs
• Basic understanding of paid promotions and ad management (preferred)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Previous experience in a social media role (preferred but not mandatory)

• 3 workdays per week (flexible schedule)
• Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
• Remuneration: $80 USD per month (based on 3 days of work per week)
