Office hours UK and Ghana are on the same clock from late October to late March. In summer the UK is one hour ahead.
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm

Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in form. We email you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Your instalment dates are set when you enrol. Each one shows on your Payments section with its due date. You can pay any amount up to your balance at any time, and you get a receipt by email straight away.

Yes. In Ghana you can pay with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money or a card. You approve the payment on your phone. In the UK you can pay by card or bank transfer.

The office records transfers within one working day. Use your invoice number as the reference so we can match it quickly.

Message the office with the time you finished. They will correct your record for the day.
