About the Role:
I am currently developing a comprehensive Programme Design Guide to support community organisations, charities, and individuals in the UK with securing grant funding to deliver social impact programmes.

To bring this vision to life, I’m seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy freelancer to join me remotely. Your main task will be to transform written content, worksheets, and programme frameworks into visually appealing and user-friendly products using tools like Canva, Microsoft Word, and Mural.

This guide will become a paid resource offered on my website and used as part of a consultation funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and format all programme documentation and frameworks into branded, client-ready materials.

Use Canva to create templates, visual guides, and worksheets.

Support creation of programme packages (Pre-Programme, During, and Post-Programme delivery phases).

Work with me to develop visual frameworks for:

User Journeys

Stakeholder engagement strategies

KPI and outcome-based reporting templates

Help design case study-based materials to attract funders/sponsors.

Ensure marketing and branding are consistent across all materials.

Support the creation of digital products for website sales.

Maintain editable versions on Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Mural.

Tools & Skills Required:
Canva (must be proficient)

Mural (comfortable navigating and editing)

Microsoft Word + Google Docs (must be experienced)

Strong marketing and branding understanding

Eye for clean and professional visual design

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and time management

Ideal Candidate:
Based in Ghana with reliable internet access

Available during the stated hours

Has experience working on educational or programme development materials

Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
